Due to the nature of consulting and program-based services, certain payments made to SalesSpark are non-refundable once services have begun.


2. Program Setup Fees

Program setup fees are charged to initiate consulting, research, planning, and administrative preparation for the Canada Product Entry Program or other SalesSpark services.

Once a program setup process has started, these fees are non-refundable because time and resources are immediately allocated to the project.


3. Service Fees

Fees paid for consulting services, strategy sessions, or business support are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

SalesSpark may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

Any decision regarding refunds is at the sole discretion of SalesSpark.


5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they understand the scope of the services before making payment.

6. Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting SalesSpark to resolve the issue.
