Refund Policy – Sales Spark
1. General Services (Virtual Assistant, Sales, Marketing Support)
Payments for hourly or package-based services are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately.
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
(Reason: protects you from clients using your time then backing out, but also builds trust by offering refunds before work starts.)
2. Spark Incubator Program (Cohort Enrollment)
Program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort start date.
Once the cohort begins, fees are non-refundable as seats are limited and resources are reserved.
If you withdraw after the start date, you may request a credit toward a future cohort, valid for 6 months.
(Reason: cohort spots are limited — if someone drops out late, it prevents you from filling the spot. A credit option keeps goodwill while protecting your income.)
3. Digital Products / Templates
All digital products (downloads, templates, guides) are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant access nature of digital goods.
(Reason: once downloaded, it can’t be “returned.” Standard industry practice.)
4. Service Issues or Disputes
If you believe services were not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of completion.
We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
(Reason: shows fairness and willingness to resolve disputes, but keeps control in your hands.)
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@salesspark.ca with your name, order details, and reason for request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
