Refund Policy – Sales Spark

1. General Services (Virtual Assistant, Sales, Marketing Support)

  • Payments for hourly or package-based services are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately.

  • If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

(Reason: protects you from clients using your time then backing out, but also builds trust by offering refunds before work starts.)


2. Spark Incubator Program (Cohort Enrollment)

  • Program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort start date.

  • Once the cohort begins, fees are non-refundable as seats are limited and resources are reserved.

  • If you withdraw after the start date, you may request a credit toward a future cohort, valid for 6 months.

(Reason: cohort spots are limited — if someone drops out late, it prevents you from filling the spot. A credit option keeps goodwill while protecting your income.)


3. Digital Products / Templates

  • All digital products (downloads, templates, guides) are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant access nature of digital goods.

(Reason: once downloaded, it can’t be “returned.” Standard industry practice.)


4. Service Issues or Disputes

  • If you believe services were not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of completion.

  • We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

(Reason: shows fairness and willingness to resolve disputes, but keeps control in your hands.)


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@salesspark.ca with your name, order details, and reason for request.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
